Each day, go over this list like a “Fight Check” procedure:

1. I have my shooting workout for today
2. I did my daily mental drills
3. I did my form shots
4. I shot at a 7.5
5. My elbow was in
6. I held my follow-through
7. I kept my emotions poised
8. I felt excited and happy while I shot
9. I was in the present moment
10. I used my legs and got lift
11. I had good arc and rotation
12. I felt like a winner
